THIS!!!!!!!!!

On the last few days of year 2016, i finally did it!!!! I finally did my nose fillers with Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics & Surgery on 28th Dec 16! To clarify, this is NOT a sponsored post. I paid for the fillers myself and everything in this post are 100% my feelings and wordings.

Okay, back to the main topic.

I went ahead and decided on it even though families and friends all disapproved. It was something that i was considering for years and i'm truly truly happy and satisfied with my decision.

I went for my consultation and procedure alone, so i was really really nervous. I believe readers of this blog post would have already done their own intensive research on all the facts about nose fillers. So i'll just go straight to the documentation of my nose fillers experience with Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics & Surgery. I don't have much photos with me, but i'll try to make this post as detailed as possible!

After doing tons and tons of research on my own, i decided to go for Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics & Surgery. The main reasons why i decided on Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics & Surgery was simply because i was more comfortable with having a lady to do my procedure and the procedure was within my budget. So i kind of made my decision in a day and went ahead to sms in to book my appointment!

I knew exactly what i wanted clearly, which is a higher nose bridge. Initially, i did consider the Nose Threadlift procedure to contour and define my nose. However, i decided against it as i was kinda afraid of the procedure and after all, it was my first time doing any aesthetics procedure, so i stick with my decision of having just nose fillers for now.

(apologies for the orange lighting! I had my night lamp on!)

As you can see, i have a button nose and sunken nose bridge. ):

To book my appointment with Dr. Tiffiny Yang, i sent in a text message to the contact number provided (9186 0805) on their website and stated the procedure that i wish to have.

I would say that they do reply back promptly and they gave me a reminder text message on the day before my appointment as well.

And so, my appointment was confirmed and the day finally cameeeee~

I arrived at 4.30pm sharp and their clinic was filled with people, even on a weekday afternoon! I was given a form to filled up before my consultation with Dr. Tiffiny Yang. As the clinic was fairly crowded, I had to wait till around 5.30pm before it was my turn for consultation.

I was then brought into Dr. Tiffiny Yang's room for my consultation. I must say, i was feeling kinda inferior because Dr. Tiffiny Yang is so pretty! Her room was so brightly-lit that i felt that all of my imperfection will be shown. ):

I shared with Dr. Tiffiny Yang on my concerns of sunken nose bridge and my desire of achieving a higher nose bridge with nose fillers. She also brought up the issue of my nose bridge was actually leaning more to the right and she will inject the fillers more to the left to balance it out.

Usually, people will inject the full one syringe to fill up the nose bridge and tip. But i was kinda scared of the pain and afraid that it would turn out all wrong, so i eventually only got the half syringe to treat my nose bridge only. Honestly, i regretted it because now, i want my nose tip to be sharper. But i heard injecting on the nose tip is hella painful.

In the room with Dr. Tiffiny Yang, i was really nervous and scared. But Dr. Tiffiny Yang was really really nice and she was very confident and assured me that the whole procedure was really painless.

I also shared with Dr. Tiffiny Yang with regards to my doubts if the injection will actually cause any keloids, considering the fact that i had a keloid on my helix (after a bad helix piercing). After confirming with Dr. Tiffiny Yang that the procedure is safe for me, i decided to proceed with the procedure.

Let's go!!!!!

After consultation, i was brought to a room to take pictures of my side profile and off to another room to apply on the numbing cream. It's okay to have makeup on as it will be removed before the numbing cream is applied on your nose bridge. After which, i was asked to take a seat outside at the waiting area. Don't worry about having the cream on while waiting, everyone else are all the same. :)

While i was waiting for the numbing cream to take effect, i was given a terms and conditions agreement form to sign on every page. Do take your time to read through the agreement and make sure you are fully aware of what you are signing!

I waited for around 20mins and the numbing cream started to melt towards the end and even dripped to my lips. I had to use tissue to wipe it off my lips. In the end, my upper lips was numbed as well. Hahaha. I checked with the staff there and they said it was normal. So just remember to have some tissue with you!!

The nose fillers that i had was Juvederm.

Once the numbing cream has set, i proceed into the procedure room for preparation. No pictures of the process as i was dead scared and nervous at that point of time.

Basically, the numbing cream was wiped off and i waited for Dr. Tiffiny Yang. I remembered i kept on telling how scared and nervous i was to Dr. Tiffiny Yang and she was nothing but kind and confident, assuring me that it's going to be painless and it will be fine.

She explained the entire process to me, ensuring that i was fully aware of what she is going to do. Firstly, she marked the area to be injected in some sort of marker. Next, just before injecting, Dr. Tiffiny Yang gave me a heads up before she slowly inject the fillers in. Next, she firmly massage the area to form the nose bridge. After she's done, she gave me a mirror to check if i'm happy with the height of my new nose bridge!! The entire process was less than 10mins!!

Biggest Question of the Day: Was There Any Pain At All???

For such a timid person like me, i would give the safe assurance that injection of nose fillers to the nose bridge is painless. I felt nothing during the entire procedure except for the needle poking in.
The numbing cream i had definitely helped a lot. :)

I would say the only feeling is when Dr. Tiffiny Yang was firmly molding the shape of the nose bridge. You can just feel that she is using some force to make sure the shape of the nose bridge is nicely done. Sort of like using force to mold a clay toy.

Immediately after the procedure, i went to the ladies to take some selfies~

I have a higher nose bridge now!!!!

After the procedure, there was only a slight swelling and bruise due to the injection. It can be easily covered up with some concealer and you can just continue on with the rest of your day!

I was slightly concerned about the bruise kind of feeling i had on my nose bridge and injection area. But i only had that feeling for the next two days before it eventually went off. So it was fine! :)

For the first week, my nose bridge was much higher and it was the height i wanted. However, after the swelling has eased down, the fillers will actually be broken down in the body and the final result will actually be a reduction of up to 20-30%. I kinda regretted here as i should have asked for a higher nose bridge then. ):

Maybe, just maybe, i'll be back to fill it up again and this time round, i'll be doing the tip as well!!

If you guys did your nose fillers as well, please do share more with me as i would love to know more!!
